I wear my hair in a ponytail and try to get it all into the tube scarf at the back, but it always manages to get out with shoulder-checks and other movement. It ends up matting so quickly, I was wondering if there were any simple hacks I was missing.
I put my riding jacket on so that my ponytail stays under the collar. Then I put my scarf on without knotting it, it pretty much secures my hair with the helmet.
But of course this all often fails and my thick, wavy mane gets loose and my daughters get to play “let’s untangle Dad’s hair again” - game. And they are getting really good at it.
