Been thinking about this wild image all day. I have a theory, having seen none of the damage on the car -
Maybe a near-t-boning. Front wheel of the motorcycle hits the sedan’s hood-ish area, popping the front of the cycle up. Sedan is still rolling, Rider accelerates (fully & accidentally, likely caused by the impact), and the back wheel hits the side of the sedan. Back wheel, going full blast, revs up the side of the sedan, popping the cycle vertically into the air. Since it’s going front-wheel first, that catches on the street light & hangs there.

I agree, pretty sure that is the only explanation. Wonder how much air the rider got…
