12 days agoI want to switch to void so bad. It’s just that my machine is a laptop that I carry around with me all the time. I don’t feel safe doing that without encrypting it, and all I’ve gotten out of attempting to manually configure LUKS is hours of wasted time.

It makes more sense from the Gnostic mythological perspective. When you frame the Old Testament God as a Trump-type character who ignorantly claims to be all-knowing, all-seeing, all-powerful, and the only God, because he really doesn’t know any better, then the behavior you see in the Old Testament kind of tracks.
