A major album, arguably the most important album to the lore of the band, included a final track called Thy Unveiling. In this track they directly said “Truth is we follow God. We’ve always been behind him.” This was shocking to some people at the time and was a pretty big thing.

Do companies no longer have Quality Assurance at all now? You don’t even need like a whole department, just make it part of someone’s job. This is crazy that there’s no proofreading.
