I assume you are using a hardened steel nozzle. But still, I am wondering if the repeated friction between copper and steel would damage the steel also. A lot slower than a regular nozzle, but it’s like a thousand needle pricks as I understand it. How is your nozzle holding up?
They may have a diamond tipped nozzle. I’ve been considering getting one for my printer. It would potentially mean I never have to worry about wear for the life of the printer.

Pretty well. It’s the Bambu hardened steel nozzle so it should be able to stand it.
